FULL VIEW IS NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
it's just so damn cute when it's tiny!

sucre candi de coton means cotton candy in french. now how many of you are going "ahhh. now that's why i am drooling whilst i feast my eyes upon this succulent photograph of a... flower?" no, you are not a hardcore vegan, (unless you really are, which makes me wrong), but that's a whole other strand of conversation!

i felt like making a wonderful new box cropped macro of a flower. so 'ere it is! my strange looking bell flower. not so sure on the technical name, thus... a practical one. ahhh hahahaha! :mwahaha:

ahem. ahhh well. :)

as you can see, i have made my watermark lighter. nonono sillies, my opacity has always been very low. it's just a small percentage of opacity on white text rather than black and white. clever, eh? :giggle:

i also taught myself how to say cotton candy in french. here's my step by step process. here, let me show you. i'll give the google translater a word in english and ask for it back in french.

i say: cotton candy
google says: ... cotton candy?

now wait. aren't simple words like cotton and candy spoken of at all in the french language? what's a world without candy and clothing? a disaster i tell you! here, let's try this again...

i say: cotton
google says: coton

ahh. that's better. for a moment there, i thought all french people were either naked, or wore expensive clothing all the time! there is no way in hell i'd like to name my photo of a flower coton though. so 'ere we go again!

i say: candy
google says: sucre candi

ahhh yes! the french and their i's instead of y's. i love it!! now to combine all three words, yet in a sensible way of course!

*thinking* fleur de lis ... de. the french like to connect words with de. fleur = flower which is the noun of fleur de lis. so sucre candi comes before de which makes 'sucre candi de --" and then the noun of fleur de lis is lis... so cotton being the noun in describing the speci-- er... type of candy would make 'sucre candi de coton'! let's see if i'm right!

i say: sucre candi de coton
google says: .... cotton candy

WTF GOOGLE?! WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST TELL ME THAT BEFORE. FAVOR TEACHING THE FRENCH WILL YOU?! No wonder us americans never learn any other languages... it's google's fault the world hates us americans. ... i'm movin' to australia!

alright everyone, enjoy the photo!
i hope you all enjoyed my retarded little moment. i know i'm still impressed! have a good night!! :la:
